Projects are quoted at a flat price agreed in writing before work starts. 50% due to begin, 50% due when the site goes live. Invoices are sent by email and can be paid by bank transfer or card. Care plans bill monthly in advance.
If you cancel before I start building, the deposit is refunded in full. Once work has started, the deposit covers time already spent and is non-refundable, but you keep everything produced up to that point. If the finished site doesn't match what was quoted, I fix it or refund the balance.
Care plans are month to month with no contract. Cancel by email any time and billing stops at the end of that month. There is no cancellation fee, and I will hand over your files and domain access.
When the final invoice is paid, the website, its content, and the domain are yours. I do not hold your domain hostage and I will transfer everything on request.
